What do our majors do upon graduation?

Over the past four years (2007-2010):

• 41% were accepted into graduate-degree programs in the sciences: (Baylor, Boston College, Brown, Colorado, Delaware, Emory, Florida State, Harvard, Illinois, Johns Hopkins, Maryland, Minnesota, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, Penn State, Princeton, Rutgers, Stanford, Tulane, UC-Davis, Vermont, Virginia, Wisconsin, Yale)

• 16% entered medical/dental school programs (Emory, Harvard, Maryland, Miami, Pennsylvania, Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, SUNY College of Optometry, St. George, Temple, University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey)

• 24% entered industry/technical positions (Covance Pharmaceutical, Centacor, Church and Dwight, Clarix LLC, Dupont, Heraeus Materials Technology, Johns Hopkins University, Millenium Pharmaceuticals, Pharmco, Phase Forward, St. Luke’s Hospital, Southwestern Medical Center, Trevigen, Tyco Health, Warner Babcock Institute)

• 18% pursued other education or positions (M.S. Economics-University of London, Law School- University of Albany, Thorogood Associates, teaching positions, or unknown)
